Description:
The IYRC Medicine & Research Summer Program is a 10-week virtual program where students learn from Columbia University physicians, researchers, and medical students. Participants engage in lectures, workshops, and projects covering topics like patient history taking, ethical discussions, narrative medicine, and human anatomy. Students also learn research methods, culminating in a project that can be submitted to the IYRC conference and journal. The program fosters a global community of motivated students interested in medicine and research.

For those opting for the Community Program addition, costs range from $600 to $1,100 based on application timing.
