Description:
Ladder Internships is a selective, fully virtual program that connects high school students with startups and nonprofits worldwide. Interns work on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship. The program includes weekly check-ins with company managers and support from Ladder Coaches. Interns receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion

Eligibility
Open to high school students worldwide who are at least 16 years old by the start of the internship. Applicants should be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a growth mindset.
Tuition
The standard program fee is $2,490 USD. A $200 deposit secures your spot, with the balance due after company matching. Financial aid is available for students with a family income of $50,000 or less. Approximately 10–20% of applicants receive financial aid.
Financial aid:
Full and partial financial aid options are available. To apply, select the 'Financial Aid Required' option in the application form. Documentation such as family tax returns may be requested to verify eligibility
