X-Culture

X-Culture is a global experiential learning project that involves participants from over 900 universities and companies across more than 100 countries. Since its inception in 2010, over 120,000 individuals have participated in the program. Participants collaborate in international teams to develop business proposals for real companies, gaining firsthand experience in global virtual teamwork and international business practices.

Completing an online application form. - Passing the X-Culture Readiness Test to ensure preparedness for international - Upon successful completion, participants are placed in global virtual teams to begin the project.

X-Culture is ideal for students and professionals interested in gaining practical experience in international business collaboration. Participants work in diverse teams to solve real-world business challenges, enhancing skills in cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Eligibility

The program is open to:

  • University Students: Typically enrolled in courses where X-Culture is integrated; applications are submitted by instructors.

  • Professionals: Individuals seeking international collaboration experience can apply

  • Teens (Ages 10–17): The program has been adapted for younger participants, who work in international teams with peers of similar age.

Tuition

Individual Teens (Ages 10–17): $75

Financial aid:

X-Culture offers stipends to low-income students, providing a $700 reduction in program tuition, resulting in a total fee of $75 for the entire program.
